Wispr Flow

Wispr Flow notes, on the right deal.

The Wispr Flow Notetaker writes the meeting up for you. Then the note sits in Wispr Flow, while your inbox forgets the call ever happened and the deal record stays thin. OppBox closes that gap: every Wispr Flow note is matched to the account and the opportunity its attendees belong to, and lands on the deal beside the email and call record · so the meeting record and the pipeline finally tell the same story, without a single copy-paste.

What changes

From a note in Wispr Flow to a record on the deal.

Notes find their deal
Auto-correlated · no filing

OppBox reads each meeting's participants, resolves the first external attendee's domain to the account in your CRM, and files the note against that opportunity · so it lands on the right deal automatically, next to the emails and the call.

One meeting, one record
Notes · calendar · call, merged

A Wispr Flow note, a Granola note and a Gong recording all fold into the same engagement list on the deal · one meeting record, whichever notetaker your team happens to run.

A summary, not analytics
What the Notetaker actually gives

Wispr Flow's Notetaker is a note-taker, not a call-analytics product: you get the summary and the participants, so that is what the deal card shows. No invented talk ratios, no scores it never measured.

How it works

Wispr Flow notes, matched to the deal · no copy-paste.

Connect Wispr Flow

Authorise OppBox against Wispr Flow in one click · each person connects their own account. OppBox reads your notes through Wispr Flow's hosted interface; it never asks you to export or paste anything.

Notes match the deal

Each meeting is matched to the account its external attendees belong to, and the note is surfaced on that deal alongside the mail and call record.

Work the deal with it

Read the note where you reply, fold it into a brief, or just see it sit with the rest of the deal · the meeting stops being a record you have to go find.

By design

Read from Wispr Flow. Matched to the deal.

Wispr Flow publishes a REST API, but it is the dictation one · audio in, text out. The Notetaker's notes are only exposed through Wispr Flow's hosted MCP server, so that is what OppBox reads, as an MCP client over OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. That is the second deliberate exception after Granola, not a pattern: Salesforce and your mail are integrated through their own direct APIs.

Your notes are read live, never copied into a second database · OppBox keeps only the lightweight index needed to put each meeting on the right account. Nothing is written back to your CRM in the background; every CRM write is an explicit action of yours.

// the Wispr Flow path, in plain terms
auth     per person · OAuth 2.1 + PKCE
read     Notetaker notes · via its hosted MCP
match    attendee domain → account → opportunity
show     on the deal · beside mail + call
store    a lightweight match index only

// Salesforce stays the system of record
Questions

Asked, answered.

Does Wispr Flow work with Salesforce?
Wispr Flow has no native Salesforce sync, but OppBox bridges the two. It reads your Notetaker notes, matches each meeting to the opportunity its external attendees belong to, and shows the note on the deal beside the email and call record. Nothing is written to Salesforce in the background · CRM writes only ever happen on an explicit action of yours. It works the same way on HubSpot.
How does OppBox know which deal a note belongs to?
It reads the meeting participants, takes the first external attendee whose email domain is not a free mail provider, and resolves that domain to the account in your CRM · the same rule Granola notes use. So the meeting record and the email record land on the same deal, without you filing anything.
Why does OppBox connect to Wispr Flow through MCP?
Wispr Flow does publish a REST API · it is the dictation one, audio in and text out. The Notetaker's meeting notes are only exposed through its hosted MCP server, so that is the surface OppBox reads, as an MCP client. It is the second deliberate exception after Granola, on the same rationale; sources whose data is available over a direct API, like Salesforce, are integrated directly. More on MCP.
Do my notes get copied into another database?
No. OppBox reads your notes from Wispr Flow live and renders them on the deal · it keeps only the lightweight index needed to match a meeting to its account, never a copy of the note content in a separate store.
Can I run Wispr Flow and Granola together?
Yes. They are two notetakers feeding the same engagement list on the deal · each person connects whichever they use, and the notes sit side by side on the opportunity.
