Manifesto

Redefine the inbox.

Your inbox doesn't know what matters. It never has. We think that is the most expensive unsolved problem in the way revenue teams work · so we are solving it.

01

The inbox treats a six-figure renewal like a newsletter.

It sorts by time, because time is the only thing it understands. The most important email of your quarter and a notification you will never open sit shoulder to shoulder · equal, anonymous, waiting for you to do the work the software won't.

For thirty years we accepted this. We told ourselves the inbox was just a pipe · messages in, messages out · and that the thinking happened somewhere else. In the CRM. In the spreadsheet. In your head at 11pm before the forecast call.

We were wrong. The thinking should happen where the work happens. And the work happens in your inbox.

02

The world changed. Your tools didn't.

Selling stopped being about activity and became about attention. The reps who win aren't the ones who send the most email · they're the ones who know, at any moment, which deal is slipping, who's gone quiet, and where the next step actually is.

That knowledge exists. It's scattered across your mailbox, your CRM, your call notes, your calendar · live, current, true. But no tool brings it to the one surface where you act.

So you context-switch. A dozen tabs. You read a thread, then go hunting for the deal behind it. You answer an email having forgotten it's the third time this contact has gone dark. You forecast on feel, because the feel is all you've got time for. The inbox knew none of it. It just kept sorting by time.

The premise

Every email knows its deal.

Open a thread · the opportunity is right there. Stage, amount, close date, the last real reply, the signals that say healthy or ghosting. Same view, live, queried the moment you look.

03

We don't copy your pipeline. We read it.

Salesforce stays the system of record. Your mailbox stays the source of truth. OppBox reads them both, computes what matters, and renders it where you already are · it doesn't pull your data into a database and let it rot.

The result isn't a faster inbox. It's an inbox that finally understands the only thing you ever cared about: the deal.

04

On the side of the human.

There is a version of this product that runs without you. That auto-replies, auto-archives, auto-sends, sorts your customers into buckets and acts on them while you sleep. We didn't build that. We won't.

AI in OppBox is on-demand and nothing else. Ask for a brief and you get one. Ask for a reply and it drafts. Ask for a follow-up and it suggests. Then you read it, you change it, you decide, you send. Nothing is generated in the background. Nothing leaves your hands unseen.

The judgement · the relationship, the timing, the word that lands · stays yours, because that judgement is the job. Software should make you faster at being you. Not replace the part of you the customer actually bought.

05

Density is a form of respect.

We believe a screen should respect your intelligence. No oversized cards holding three words. No drop shadows pretending to be depth. No friendly emptiness where information should be.

OppBox is dense on purpose · hairline corners, real typography, every pixel earning its place. It looks like an instrument, because that's what it is. Beauty here isn't softness · it's the feeling of a tool that's exactly as sharp as the work demands.

What we're building

The pipeline was always inside your email. We made the email see it.

Not another CRM. Not another mail app with a logo. A new category · the inbox as the place where the deal lives, where reading the email and working the pipeline are the same motion.
