Granola

Granola notes, on the right deal.

Granola writes a beautiful meeting note. Then it sits in Granola, while your inbox forgets the call ever happened and the deal record stays thin. OppBox closes that gap: every Granola note is matched to the meeting and the Salesforce opportunity it belongs to, and lands on the deal beside the email and call record. When you want it in the CRM, log the note to Salesforce in one click · so the meeting record and the pipeline finally tell the same story, without a single copy-paste.

What changes

From a note in Granola to a record on the deal.

Notes find their deal
Auto-correlated · no filing

OppBox matches each Granola note to its calendar event, its attendees and the Salesforce opportunity they belong to · so the note lands on the right deal automatically, next to the emails and the call.

One meeting, one record
Notes · calendar · call, merged

Granola's note, the calendar event and the Gong recording fold into one engagement on the deal · so the meeting record and the email record finally tell the same story, on the same opportunity.

Log to Salesforceone click
Note → opportunity · when you choose

When a note belongs in the CRM, log it to the Salesforce opportunity in one click · the meeting record reps almost never add by hand. Written only when you choose it, never silently in the background.

How it works

Granola notes, matched to the deal · no copy-paste.

Connect Granola

Authorise OppBox against Granola in one click. OppBox reads your notes through Granola's hosted interface · it never asks you to export or paste anything.

Notes match the deal

Each note is correlated to its meeting and the opportunity its attendees belong to, and surfaced on that deal alongside the mail and call record.

Work the deal with it

Read the note where you reply, fold it into a brief, or just see it sit with the rest of the deal · the meeting stops being a record you have to go find.

By design

Read from Granola. Matched to the deal.

Granola has no REST API · its only programmatic surface is a hosted MCP server, so OppBox reads your notes as an MCP client. That's a deliberate exception for Granola, not a pattern: Salesforce and your mail are integrated through their own direct APIs.

Your notes are read live, never copied into a second database · OppBox keeps only the lightweight index needed to put each note on the right opportunity. And when you want the note in the CRM, you log it to the Salesforce opportunity in one click · written only on your action, never silently in the background.

// the Granola path, in plain terms

show     on the deal · beside mail + call
store    a lightweight match index only
crm      log note → Salesforce · opt-in, one click

// Salesforce stays the system of record
Questions

Asked, answered.

Does Granola work with Salesforce?
Granola has no native Salesforce sync, but OppBox bridges the two. It pulls your Granola notes, matches each to the meeting and the opportunity it belongs to, and shows the note on the deal beside the email and call record. When you want it in the CRM, you log the note to the Salesforce opportunity in one click · written only when you choose it, never automatically in the background.
How does OppBox know which deal a note belongs to?
It correlates the note to the calendar event it came from, then to the attendees and the opportunity those contacts belong to in Salesforce · so the meeting record and the email record land on the same deal, without you filing anything.
Why does OppBox connect to Granola through MCP?
Granola has no REST API · its only programmatic surface is its hosted MCP server, so OppBox acts as an MCP client for Granola specifically. It's a deliberate exception; sources with a direct API, like Salesforce, are integrated directly. More on MCP.
Do my notes get copied into another database?
No. OppBox reads your notes from Granola live and renders them on the deal · it keeps only the lightweight index needed to match a note to its opportunity, never a copy of the note content in a separate store.
