How we use it

OppBox calls Claude through Anthropic's API under its commercial terms · your inputs and outputs are not used to train models. Data goes to Anthropic only to answer the specific request you made, and only then.

Claude runs when you press the button, never in the background. It drafts text for you to review and send · it never sends mail and never writes to Salesforce on its own. The human stays in the loop, every time.
